摘要(Abstract)：

目的:评价亲社会情感受限量表(LPEQ)中文版测评学龄注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童的效度和信度。方法:选取符合精神障碍诊断与统计手册第5版(DSM-5)ADHD诊断标准的门诊儿童243例(年龄6～12岁),由家长填写LPEQ,同时完成SNAP-IV评定量表(SNAP-IV)、长处和困难问卷(SDQ)和冷漠无情特质量表(ICU)作为分析LPEQ的校标工具。选取其中33位家长间隔2周再次填写LPEQ以检查重测信度。结果:该量表为一因子结构(解释方差57.5%);LPE量表总分与SNAP-IV的多动冲动和对立违抗因子(r=0.36～0.47,均P<0.01)、ICU量表的冷漠、不关心因子和总分(r=0.48～0.63,均P<0.01)以及SDQ的行为问题和亲社会因子(r=0.40～0.46,均P<0.01)呈正相关；实证效度显示ADHD共患病组得分高于单纯ADHD组得分。LPEQ的同质信度为0.84,重测信度为0.81。结论:中文版LPEQ在评估学龄ADHD儿童的LPE中具有良好的效度和信度。
