“家庭亲密度和适应性量表”和“家庭环境量表”的初步评价——正常家庭与精神分裂症家庭成员对照研究Preliminary evaluation of Chinese version of FACES II and FES:comparison of normal families and families of schizophrenic patients

摘要(Abstract)：
本文使用经我们翻译并修改的两个西方自评家庭量表 FACESII 及 FES,分别对45个精神分裂症家庭及47个对照组家庭的家庭结构和环境进行评估,结果表明病人家庭特点是内部矛盾多,亲密度低,适应性和纪律性差,其家庭结构多表现为“僵硬—松散”的极端型,这说明两量表能明确地了解精神分裂症病人家庭问题的所在,有助于有的放矢地对病人家庭进行咨询,同时说明此两量表经进一步完善在中国有实用价值。
