摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨农村老年人的代际关系、人际关系与主观幸福感之间的关系，及接受邻里行为在其关系中的调节作用。方法:选取年龄≥60岁、至少有一个子女的农村老年人286人，采用代际和谐量表(ISS)、人际关系冲突量表(IRCS)、接受邻里行为量表(RNBS)和主观幸福感量表(SWBS)进行测量。结果:男性的SWBS得分高于女性(P<0.05),家庭收支平衡者的SWBS得分高于收支失衡者(P<0.001)。逐步回归结果显示，ISS、RNBS得分均与SWBS得分正向关联(β=0.52、0.15),家庭收支失衡及IRCS得分均与SWBS得分负向关联(β=-0.47、-0.21)。RNBS得分正向调节IRCS得分与SWBS得分的关系(β=0.23)。结论:代际和谐越高、接受邻里行为越多、家庭收支越平衡以及人际关系冲突程度越低的农村老年人越幸福；接受邻里行为能弱化人际关系冲突与主观幸福感间的关系。
