注意偏向矫正训练对青少年焦虑障碍的干预试验An intervention trial of attentional bias modification training in adolescents with anxiety disorders

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨注意偏向矫正训练(ABMT)对青少年焦虑障碍的干预效果。方法:纳入符合ICD-10诊断标准青少年焦虑障碍患者60例,随机分为注意偏向矫正训练组(AB组,n=30)和无注意偏向矫正训练组(NAB组,n=30)。AB组予以连续10 d的注意偏向矫正训练,NAB组予以连续10 d无注意偏向矫正训练。两组矫正前后,均采用注意偏向测定任务测评对负性刺激及中性刺激的注意偏向正确率及反应时及状态特质焦虑问卷(STAI)测评焦虑情绪的改变。结果:训练后,AB组注意偏向值的改变幅度大于NAB组[(16.3±8.2) ms vs.(-6.6±5.9) ms,P<0.05],AB组STAI中状态焦虑分降低幅度大于NAB组[(7.5±5.0)vs.(4.1±5.9),P<0.05]。结论:注意偏向矫正训练有效改善住院青少年焦虑障碍状态焦虑。
