摘要(Abstract)：

目的:考察女性甲基苯丙胺戒断者工作记忆在戒断过程中的恢复情况。方法:从某戒毒所选取34名符合美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第4版(DSM-IV)苯丙胺障碍诊断标准的女性，另外选取年龄和受教育年限相匹配的28名健康女性。对甲基苯丙胺依赖组和健康对照组进行3次纵向测评，每次间隔1个月，采用重复测量方差分析比较两组在不同测量时间下完成n-back任务的反应时和正确率。结果:甲基苯丙胺依赖组T_1的反应时长于T_2、T_3的反应时；健康对照组3次测量的反应时均小于甲基苯丙胺依赖组3次测量的反应时(均P<0.001)。甲基苯丙胺依赖组T_3的正确率高于T_1的正确率(P<0.01),健康对照组与甲基苯丙胺依赖组T_3的正确率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:女性甲基苯丙胺戒断者的工作记忆随着戒断时间的增加逐渐恢复，但并未完全恢复到正常人的水平。
