注意控制和偏向对大学生抑郁症状与童年创伤关系的作用Role of attentional control and bias in relationship between depressive symptoms and childhood trauma in college students

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨大学生抑郁症状与童年期虐待和忽视的关系,及注意控制和注意偏向在其中的作用。方法:选取广州某医科大学871名学生,采用病人健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)、童年创伤问卷(CTQ)、注意控制量表(ACS)、正性负性信息注意量表(APNI)进行调查,CTQ中的情感虐待、躯体虐待和性虐待分量表总分测量童年期虐待,情感忽视和躯体忽视分量表总分测量童年期忽视。结果:童年期虐待和童年期忽视得分均与PHQ-9得分正关联(β=0.01、0.01),与ACS得分负关联(β=-0.30、-0.14);童年期虐待得分与负性注意偏向得分正关联(β=0.24),与正性注意偏向得分负关联(β=-0.14);童年期忽视得分与正性注意偏向得分负关联(β=-0.22);注意控制和注意偏向在童年期虐待、童年期忽视与抑郁症状之间起中介作用,总的中介效应占比分别为53.99%和40.28%。结论:大学生抑郁症状与童年期虐待和忽视相关,注意控制和正负性注意偏向中介了其间的关联。
