目的:探讨高低社交快感缺失大学生冷与热执行功能的表现差异。方法:采用Chapman社交快感缺失量表(CSAS)筛查784名大学生,筛出社交快感缺失高分组(CSAS≥20分)60名,社交快感缺失低分组(CSAS得分<10分)62名。采用执行功能障碍问卷(DEX)、记忆任务、Stroop任务、持续性注意任务测量冷执行功能;认知与情感共情问卷(QCAE)和Yoni任务、失言识别任务测量热执行功能,后两者评估心理推理能力(ToM)。结果:高社交快感缺失大学生的DEX抑制、意向性、言行不一致、社交调节维度得分均高于低社交快感缺失大学生(P<0.001或P<0.05或P<0.01),控制焦虑、抑郁后,言行不一致维度得分仍更高(P<0.001);记忆任务、Stroop任务和持续性注意任务得分差异均无统计学意义。高社交快感缺失大学生QCAE的情感共情得分低于低社交快感缺失大学生(P<0.001);控制焦虑抑郁后,Yoni一级情感ToM正确率低于低社交快感缺失大学生(P<0.05)。结论:高社交快感缺失大学生主观感知冷执行功能和情感共情减弱,但记忆、抑制功能、持续性注意和心理推理能力未见明显行为缺损。
Abstract:Objective:To examine the difference in cold and hot executive functions in college students with high and low social anhedonia.Methods:A total of 784 college students were assessed using the Social Anhedonia Subscale.Based on their scores, 60 individuals with high social anhedonia and 62 individuals with low social anhedonia were selected.All the participants completed the behavioural tasks and questionnaires capturing hot and cool executive functions.Cool executive function measures included the Dysexecutive Questionnaire, memory tasks, the Stroop task, and the Sustained Attention to Response Task.Hot executive function measures included the Questionnaire of Cognitive and Affective Empathy, Yoni Task, and Faux Pas Recognition Task.Results:Regarding the cool executive functions, individuals with high social anhedonia reported higher scores than those with low social anhedonia in Dysexecutive Questionnaire(P<0.001 or P<0.05 or P<0.01).After controlling GAD-7 and PHQ-9,group difference in knowing-doing dissociation remained significant(P<0.001).However, there was no significant difference found in the task-based performances including the dual n-back task, letter-number span, logical and visual memory, Stroop, and Sustained Attention to Response Task.Regarding the hot executive functions, individuals with high social anhedonia reported significantly lower emotional empathy scores(P<0.001),while no significant differences were found in cognitive empathy scores(P>0.05).No group differences were observed in the Faux Pas task performance.However, after controlling for anxiety and depression, college students with high social anhedonia showed lower accuracy in first-order affective theory of mind in the Yoni Task(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individuals with high social anhedonia show impairments in cool executive function and hot cognition in terms of empathy, while remain intact in both hot and cool task-based behavioural measures.
